A: Come in and visit one of our Republic Bank stores and speak to a Customer Service Representative to open your account. Please bring with you 1 valid form of identification.

Q: What if I lose my ATM/Debit Card?
A: If you lose your ATM/Debit Card you may report it lost or stolen via our online banking, our mobile app or by calling Customer Service. You may come into one of our stores and we will issue you a replacement on the spot.

A: Our Online Banking is FREE. To sign up for Online Banking call Customer Service or visit one of our stores.

Q: How can I check my account balance if your stores are closed?
A: Account balances are available through our automated telephone banking service at 888.875.2265, or if you are signed up for online and mobile banking you can access your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Q: How can I place a stop payment on a check?
A: You can place a stop payment on a check by calling Customer Service, or visiting or calling one of our stores. If you are signed up for online banking you are able to place a stop payment through your online banking account.
Q: How do I update my address if I move?
A: Please contact Customer Service, or visit or call one of our stores.
Q: How can I apply for consumer loan?
A: You can apply for a loan by visiting one of our stores and completing an application, calling one of our stores and completing an application over the phone, or printing an application from our website and faxing to one of our store locations or e-mailing the completed application to one of our store staff members. When faxing or emailing an application, your personal information may not be completely secure.
Q: How can I make loan payments?
A: Loan Payments can be made by having your monthly payment automatically deducted from a Republic Bank checking account, going into one of our store locations, mailing a check to our headquarters location (Republic Bank – Attn: Loan Operations, 50 S. 16th Street, Suite 2400, Philadelphia, PA 19102), or completing a transfer from your Republic Bank account to your loan via our Online Banking (set-up required) or Telephone Banking Services.
Payments received by mail at the address above by 5:00 PM EST; in person at a Republic Bank store by 5:00 PM EST; by online or telephone transfer using Republic Bank's online or telephone (Interactive Voice Response) banking system by 11:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, except legal holidays) will be credited the same day.
Q: What information do I need to complete a loan application?
A: In order to complete a loan application the following information is needed: Type of Loan, Loan Amount, Loan Term, Loan Purpose, Name, Address, Phone Number, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Gross Monthly income, for a dwelling secured application, the property address and an estimate of the value of the property, and your signature (if application is completed in person or being faxed/e-mailed).
