employees who need to know the information to provide products
and services to you.
How does Republic Bank collect my personal information? We collected your personal information, for example, when you:
  • Open an account or apply for a loan.
  • Make a wire transfer or pay your bills.
  • Give us your contact information.
We also collect your personal information from others such as credit bureaus, affiliates and other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit:
  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness.
  • Affiliates from using information to market to you.
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you.
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

 

Definitions  
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Republic Bank does not share with affiliates.
Non-Afilliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Republic Bank does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Republic Bank’s joint marketing partner includes a financial institution that offers credit cards.
